I help people find
the next thing.

One signature project per company. The throughline is discovery — finding the next thing to read, watch, or play when the catalog is too big to browse.

    SAMSUNG

    Samsung TV Plus

Helped build Samsung TV Plus into one of the largest free, ad-supported streaming services in the US. Worked on the content discovery layer that turned a hundred-channel grid into something a person could actually navigate. Shipped on every Samsung smart TV sold globally — a scale you can only really get when you own the silicon and the screen.

    WARNER BROS. DISCOVERY

    HBO Max

Was part of the team that took HBO Max and Discovery+ and merged them — it briefly carried the name Max during the transition, but it's HBO Max again now. Most of the work was reconciling two very different libraries and two very different audiences, and stitching them into a single discovery experience without either side losing what made it work.

    SONY PLAYSTATION

    PlayStation Vue · PS5

PlayStation Vue, a cloud-based live TV service that was ahead of its time, and the discovery surfaces of the PlayStation 5 console. Two very different products, same underlying question: how do you help someone find the next thing to watch or play, when the catalog is enormous and the input device is a game controller? Shipped both. Learned which constraints were physics and which were assumptions.

    SONY

    Sony Reader

The original Sony Reader — before Kindle owned the category. This is where I started: shipping consumer product through the first big platform shift of my career. The hardest part of a new platform, it turns out, is never the technology.
